In Poland we had “crazy nineties” after liberation from communism in 1989. November 19th 1991 is a day of the first professional fashion show in the “new Poland”. Skins, nylon tracksuits, “Turtles” prints, puffy wedding dresses and strange suits in weird colours and with to long trousers… 20 years ago in Poland these were the hits straight from the west.
