    Overall, Paris Fashion Week was full of lush clothing, and surprises that could bring any self-proclaimed fashion enthusiast to his knees! Yves Saint Laurent and Dior Homme brought back the cape, whilst others resurrected the cowboy/jazz hat…. and then there was Thom Browne. He created clothes straight from 18th century society, top hats and all. Read on fashioner.com

    The stand out show this week was Trussardi 1911. It consisted of covetable leather vests, with high waisted belts, (taking a little something from the ladies wardrobe). As I had mentioned earlier on my blog it reminded me of WWII Europe, see Quentin Tarantino’s” Inglorious Basterds” for reference. At Moncler Gamme Bleu, Thom Browne designed a collection that I can best describe as the rich man’s working man. Read on fashioner.com
